In my last post I talked about the hip flexors and where pain can be felt if hip flexors are tight. In this post I am sharing a YouTube video link from a physical therapist. She will show you how to find and release the psoas muscle. The video is just over 11 minutes long and gives a great description of how to locate the psoas muscle and how to passively and actively release the psoas muscle. I use both of these techniques in my practice and have amazing results.
