Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue refers to a technique that involves slow strokes or direct pressure to a tight area of muscle tissue to promote release and relaxation.
Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Points are tight and hypersensitive areas of muscle tissue that often refer pain to an another area of the body. For example-Trigger Points in the upper shoulder can give off referred headache pain.
Silicone Massage Cupping

Silicone cups are applied to the muscle tissue using negative pressure or suction to help release tight muscles. Cupping is often used in place of or in conjunction with Deep Tissue or Trigger Point Therapy.
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

Himalayan Salt Stones are heated and used to help release muscle tension and increase relaxation.
Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy enhances the massage to provide added relaxation, rejuvenation, promote sleep, and relieve sore muscles.
